Hi all.
having just purchased my secong TT One V3 on connecting to the computer for the first time i am getting an error message telling xlurunner.exe failed and to connect to TT Home for update. How am i meant to connect if i keep getting this error message. i have downloaded the camera database no problem. Any thoughts,

Hi,
Have you tried resetting the TomTom device using a straigtened out paper clip in the small reset "orifice" underneath the unit ? You might need to hold the paper clip in the reset position for about 10 seconds and then release it.
Have you downloaded TomTom home program update recently ? I understand that others have had similar problems with older version of the Home program.

That was the problem, completely uninstalled previous TT Home and started again. Sorted
