Can anyone with the new 7.20 map tell me if, before including Mapshare updates, The Kingsway, Swansea is shown with traffic in one direction only? The new one-way system in Swansea is nearly 2 years old, but 7.15 had not been updated (Mapshare sends out changes which I sent in about a year ago, but because of the limitations to the changes you can make, this is not complete)

| Is the Isle of Man map back in there? It seems to be so silly that it was in one version of the One maps but then got removed - for PetrolHeads planning to go and have a bit of fun on the island the only option is to find someone with an "older" One unit |

| I think it was only there on the map version that TomTom got from Navteq, when they were trying to scare TeleAtlas that they might change supplier. AFAIK, there's never been a TeleAtlas map with it on. |

I am now on my second reply from TomTom, saying that the LMG server is down and to try later on in the week.
Is it only me that cannot get upgraded?

No me too. I am back to it saying there is a newer version but I don't qualify. |

Same here also. I'm on my 4th reply from TomTom, 2 telling me the server back up and I should be able to download, third to also say server is back up and I should be able to download but also asking ask for proof of purchase & some screen shots & serial number so they can investigate further. The 4th one is because I forgot to include my serial number 
Fingers crossed for a positive result tomorrow. I'll post back if i've got anywhere |

No it isn't, but it may appear in a future map issue because Jersey appeared on version 705 I think. Then Guernsey on version 720, although they are only basic coverage excluding one-way streets, blocked roads etc.

Help
I have just purchased the Western Europe Map version 720.
When I try to install it to the SD card TTH reports that the map is installed but the directory only contains “Western_Europe-13.meta”.
I have tried removing and reinstalling the UK map and that works but W&E 720 has me beat.
Please help as I’m going to Jersey on Friday.

How amazingly generous of TomTom, to let us continue to download a map that we already have and that is well out of date.  Looks like I have to find an alternate supplier of software. |

I complained about it again today and have now been filed as "Research". Unfortunately, the TomTom is the best bit of kit out there.
Why are the customer services and IT side of things so rubbishy?
