Not sure from where Home is getting that code, but it is nothing like the IMEI number stored on the phone, unless it is a hardware footprint Home is generating.

Sorry, was distracted half way through doing it by a phone call, forgot I hadn't cropped the image to size before I uploaded it.
I use a screen dump program to do the snapshot and on a 24" Wide Screen Monitor it produces a large image file. _________________ Graham.

It actually downloads it automatically without even asking, and only when it has finished does it ask you if you want it!
You can see it doing it because a progress indicator bar appears in the bottom right corner of the Home screen.
Thr TT servers were down for a while this afternoon.
Try firing up Home again (maybe you need to log on too?) and just leave it connected for a while. |
Left it on all night,i did log in still no update.
Thanks jkm |

XP laptop updated Home fine when I tried it Thursday evening when I saw this Post. All I did was open Home from the taskbar and it did it itself. Tried Win 2000 PC on Friday lunchtime and it told me that there was no update availble. Both were running the same version of Home before...?
In order to get it to update the version on the Win 2000 PC I needed to connect my device first. Both versions of Home are set to check for updates when I connect my device to the PC, it would appear that on the XP laptop it checked regardless if my device was connected or not. |

You could also try the 'Help' menu / 'Check for Home updates'.
I've never had to use it because it always gets them automatically, and therefore whenever I click on it it says "no updates available", but it might work for you. |

I couldn't get my Go 720 to see my updated map: See Here. But on Monday I updated to HOME 2.3 and was able to install the map again and it worked perfectly.
