I have done it but because the battery is stuck to the back case with a bit of double sided foam it can be a bit tricky.
I can post 'how to' here if you like but cant accept any responsibility if you damage you unit or void the warranty.
Your call?

Do you not have a TWO year warranty? Most but not all TT's do.
Check in your "Licences" folder on the machine. |

Good point thanks - I'll check - although sometimes consumables, like batteries, are not covered. |

Hi - could i please have those instructions as ive just purchased a replacement battery and am stuck on what to do next! i cant even get the back off the unit. I wont hold you responsible for any damage etc. |
