1. Keep trying - it is notoriously difficult to get maps out of TomTom
2. Try at night - it's quieter then. Less internet traffic
3. Try downloading on a different computer/broadband connection.
4. Try using a different browser
5. Check your Firewall and Antivirus settings
More details on all these suggestions can be found if you do a search of the forums.
I assume you ARE on broadband? |

Sorry to hear that...
All I can suggest is to keep trying for another day or two before even bothering to contact TomTom.
How did you manage to change the device linked to your account? Usually that requires several emails to TomTom and sending them proof of purchase. |

2. Try at night - it's quieter then. Less internet traffic
Set it going late night so it's downloading in the early hours of the (european) morning.
and there is option call change my device
and i change it
If you have an SD card in the device, it treats internal memory and SD card as different devices. If you want to download to the SD card, use change device to select it. It should also be asking you to choose a device when home first starts. |

I had something similar last year when I downloaded the WE map.
I tried 4 or 5 times (always got to 97-99% then stopped with an error message) and in the end I tried a differnt pc and it worked - turned out it was my Kaspersky AV software - if I turned it off while I downloaded the map it worked (I have a hardware firewall and just waited for the download to finish and then truned the AV back on).
Still don't know why this (but no other) download wouldn't work - something todo with crappy home app I think. _________________ -----------------------------------------------------------
