Anybody else had a similar message when part way through a route? Most often I am half way round a roundabout and my C510D comes up with the message "Unable to Calculate Route to Destination" and then reverts to normal map mode. If I choose Recently Found and select the original destination, it recalculates and off we go. Just a bit annoying really!

I've not seen this before. Can you tell us which roundabout about this was? Which maps are you on? Do you have the latest Firmware?

I had this a few weeks back on my C510T (don't think I had the traffic module connected at the time, though).

This was whilst on a roundabout (after leaving a motorway). These weren't particularly new roads - it seemed to know where I was.

The oddity being I carried on, on the current road, and correctly got to my destination.

Paul,

Can be any roundabout, none in particular, and yes my C510 has the latest updates to firmware etc. I'm using the 2008 map update, but I have had this happen on both the update mapping and the original City Nav Europe NT V8. It seems to happen some time (more than halfway) into a fairly long route say 100 miles plus.

Weird and slightly annoying but ....?

Hugh
