Tried the first link, recommended for most users.
Once installed under ipaq/os/games/tc I unzip the cecmd.arm in the same folder and than rename the files accordingly.
When I open the games folder of the device I can see the new CECMD button but instead of opening the TC a message is displayed saying "Cannot find "cecmd" (or one of its components).Make sure the path and filename are correct and that the required libraries are available." |

All i can say is that appears to be a Beta or pre-release version. The latest stable release is here |

Is it possible that I do something wrong?I first install the TC on my ipaq and than extract the cab. file in the same folfer, after which I rename the files.
Anyway, after doing so I got the same message for missing components. |

Or could this happen due to an Active Sync problem, because everytime I install the TC a sign appears that the program will be installed the next time the device is connected to the computer.
In fact when I open Active Sync it does not recognize the device although it is connected.
Doesn't have to be that complicated... |

1.download the cab for arm version
2.extract the cab on you desktop pc ( new folder) find the largest file
3.rename the file to CElauncher.exe
4.copy CElauncher.exe to the root of your sd card
5.insert the sd card into ipaq
6.soft reset --- boot into the ce desktop
or download my version and put it in the root of your sd
