Hi
I want to take my TomTom One with me next week when we go to Tenerife. Have looked on the TOmTom download site and the Spain Maps do not include the Canaries. Anyone have any ideas where I may get a map of Tenerife from?
Thanks in anticipation

TomTom used to do maps of the Canaries for TTNav V5 - I downloaded them for my PDA - but that was a couple of years ago. They still do one for TTNav V6 according to their web site.
I don't believe TomTom do any maps for The Canary isles for their stand alone range. _________________ Phil |

With the W&C Europe Map, on a 910, it's classified as under Spain and shows a good level of road detail but a lot of "unnamed roads".
It needs someone who has a Spain Map, or a Western Europe Map, to be able to give a definitive answer. _________________ Richard

Having checked on the TomTom site I'll retract my last statement!
The Map of Western Europe on SD v7.10 for TT ONE specifically states that it supports Canary islands. (go to the Buy Maps page and make the selections then look at the detail of the map.
I suggest a call to TomTom support may clarify the position. _________________ Phil |

At £59.95 for the Western Europe maps it looks like it is cheaper for me to buy a v3 with Western Europe on it and sell my v2 on ebay! £114.95 on Amazon for the v3 Europe!
Crazy! |

TomTom canaries were available in v650 build 1045 and V652 build 1204 and v660 build 1219, dont know from whom available but the v660 looks well improved over the others and covers all the canaries and seems well covered for roads, a few minor roads unnamed. |
