First you say... Quote: | you DO NOT have to have an active subscription to be eligible for a lifetime subscription if your report is for a camera outside of the UK. |
then... Quote: | As before, you must be a current subscriber to benefit from this offer. |
Surely you must be a subscriber to be eligible. Otherwise, where did you get the database from? |
Clearly (or maybe not) the text in red is the new addition to the eligibility rules?
But I will edit it to remove any confusion. _________________ Darren Griffin |

It could be taken that you are giving the thumbs up to the cameras. Round here, some cameras go a nice black/brown colour overnight and sometimes smoke . Wouldn't want that to happen to a car. |
The idea is that the thumbs up is for those illustrious members of our community who file reports. An Eddie Stobart type community feel so to speak.
Yes it may be misunderstood but then everything always is. And this is designed to be read when parked, it's not big enough to be read from a following car! _________________ Darren Griffin |

Oh, I don't know about that. They are getting awfully close these days. Seems that all the black VW drivers want to read wots on my sticker, like! _________________ Dom

Hi Darren, I have a regular mobile camera location to submit (in France) but I seem to be having trouble on the submission page. I am a member but not a subscriber yet, How do I submit the camera location and does it qualify me for your lifetime membership offer?
thanks

Yes the camera reports will qualify, subject to our standard terms. What issues are you having with the submissions page? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi again Darren, the page shows me this message
NOTE: YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY SUBSCRIBED
ANY SUBMISSIONS YOU MAKE WILL NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR A FREE LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION!
I regularly travel to France and have spotted quite a few both fixed and mobile cameras, I am due to go again over the next few months and will submit them as and when I spot them.
thanks
pete
EDIT: I also cannot enter Latitude and Longitude
EDIT 2: I think i've worked out the lon/lat thing and have submitted the mobile camera - hope it works |
