I have just upgraded to TOMTOM3. This seems to be blocking my bluetooth port access to Fugawi.
When I try to connect even with out TOMTOM running in the back ground I am getting the same error.
Has anyone else experienced this or if so found a workaround? _________________ Please follow me on twitter @mdyson1968 |

Start Menu, Settings, System tab, Remove Programs. Tap on TomTom ~ GPS, and tap Remove. You will be asked to press OK and the Pocket PC will soft reset.
This removes a Bluetooth driver that TomTom install (you need a second remove to remove the entire TomTom GPS driver). This will allow other applications to use your Bluetooth GPS, and you will still be able to use TomTom Navigator.

It sounds like you've uninstalled "TomTom ~ GPS" too many times, removing TomTom GPS completely.
If that's the case, you have two options. One option is to download the latest version of TomTom GPS (3.02) from the TomTom Support site, install it, then uninstall it once. The other option is to download GPS 2.07 from the downloads area of this site - it should work fine, even with Navigator 3, and doesn't contain the troublesome Bluetooth driver.

The 2.07 GPS drivers do work well with both TT2 and TT3. I use them on both versions without any problems and all my other BT GPS apps work as well. _________________ Mike Barrett |

Thank you.
I have downloaded the 2.07 GPS drivers from this website and it has worked a treat.
Once again this site has proved invaluable!! _________________ Please follow me on twitter @mdyson1968 |

Hope you can help.
I am using Tomtom3, have d/loaded the v2.07 driver and installed. It still does not display the COM7 port on my Ipaq H6340.
I have also completed a soft reset.
Can anyone think what I am doing wrong? |

I've just killed my Tomtom (only uninstalled the driver once though!), but the 2.07 download link isn't working at the mo!
Does anyone know of anywhere else I can get hold of this file? (Doesn't seem to be on the Tomtom site)
Cheers
