OK, two questions. What is the best was to track my progress, ie, a device that I have and then dwnload when i finish, so I can the look at it on Google Maps.
Next one, what is the best way to do the aboube, but with real time reporting.
Both devices would need to be battery powerd |

Type GPS Tracker into ebay and you'll get loads of results.
I bought one of these:
eBay Link
and found it really useful, though i paid a lot less that the price currently quoted. There are much cheaper ones around. |

I thought the device was a reasonable answer for the question - as per the GPS/GSM one I just posted in the balloon thread.
I guess I could say "the LR9553D on the TDC web site" - but then it's just more difficult for people to find? |
