|
|
Hi
I have just bought an XDA1 and have loaded my TomTom navigator 3 on it and thought it would be a good idea to purchase extra SD memory for the maps.
So I duly bought a 128Mb Twinmos 40X from Komplett.
When I fit it to my XDA it says that no SD ram is fitted, yet this memory works ok with my Ipaq 3970
Does anyone know firstly what is the max memory size you can fit to an XDA1 and also what manufacturers are compatable.

There is no size limitation. Maybe the XDA I can't handle the card's speed rating... Have you checkecked if there are driver updates available for the XDA I? _________________ Lutz

Yes
I put the latest drivers on, but still no difference.
Though it did stop charging after the drivers were installed!
Dont think theres a connection, but its back to the XDA repair centre in Norwich to get it sorted. |
