Memory Map 2004 Map Problem

Hello evereyone,
I have been given a disc of Memory Map 2004 all maps etc are there.. I have managed to download the program onto my PC come to load in the maps i.e. area 8 won't do it. On the disc are various serial numbers which seem to work. All this is gobble di gook to me can you explain to me in layman terms what I have to do to get this program to load on my PC..

In simple terms this is a pirate copy of the Memory Map software, so you won't find answers on here to questions pertaining to activation of such illegal software - Mike
