Still maximum 40 POI groups?

Is there still a maximum limit of 40 user added POI groups on the Go series or has the software updates removed this limit ??

v7 increased it to 300 but this may depend on the type of device, free memory etc. This limit also includes MapShare corrections but is still significantly better than previously.

How about Favorites? I can only store like 40 of them..

And as we have said many times before, favourites should be treated as a temporary notepad for throwaway addresses. anything you wish to keep and re-use should be saved in a custom POI group.
