Hi Guys,

I’ve been reading review after review and I just cant make my mind up on what SatNat to pick!

I am starting a new job and will be based on the road 4 days a week, and I current don’t have the best knowledge of areas etc.

I need to pick one up tonight or tomorrow at the latest but just cant make my mind up, do I pay that little bit extra to have the some options or not…

Here a list of what I need:
-UK Maps
-Speed camera alerts
-Text to Voice alerts
-Traffic Manager

And what I would like:
-Bluetooth Calling

There are 3 units I have seen so far (All Garmin)
760T
660T
360T

Can anybody help or offer some advice?

Thanks
Andy

This isn't going to help Laughing

... but you really should be looking at the TomTom Go520 and ONE XL as well - they ARE the market leaders!

Choosing a sat nav is really done to personal choice Tomtom and Garmin seem to be the major players but I think all sat navs will get you there one way or another !!

As Andy said do not discount the Tomtom and if you can can go down to a shop and have a play with them you may have a preference .
When you are ready to buy do a search of the Internet of the one you want because you can get it sometimes cheaper by reserving it online and collect from your local store ( ie Comet,PCworld and Halfords).
There are also some discount codes about on the Internet !
Regarding the speed cameras I can recommend this site for your speed camera data base nothing comes close in my opinion to the accurate coverage you get .

The traffic can be a bit hit or miss i believe !!but somebody may post who has it and one last thing if you have never owned a sat nav before they are there to help you as a guide do not believe every route they pick is the correct route but I am sure you know that .

If hands free phone operation is important (and you did mention it) forget the TomTom One XL as this has Bluetooth but ONLY for data no handsfree, if its a TomTom product go for the 520 as this will do everything you want, if you like the look of the Garmins when you try them they are also credible units I just prefer the TomTom unit for ease of use compared to the Nuvi units choice is yours - Mike
