I have just received VM's newsletter in my inbox. Great, but it is in French. Ok, so I can understand most of it, but would prefer not to exercise my deminishing brain cells...anyone know if it is also available in an English version & if so is the content more appropriate to English customers Question

Up to now I have received mine in English, didn't get this month's yet.

Did you register on the UK version of their site? Have you set the country as the UK in your profile?

I thought I had Idea But, I will check again and see, if that is possible....in fact I was pretty sure it was the UK version.

Well, I have now checked and can confirm that I did register on the UK site and I did set UK in my profile. So that's not the answer, unless VM have now decided that if they are not going to retail GPS systems any more then they have no need to produce a Newsletter in English. Saves translation expenses I suppose. :-(

Except it is not the same! Have a look at both and you will see that the English version is a micro version of the original French version. Thanks for the comment and steer, though Wink

Many thanks, Gee-Pee & Bertie100. Clearly the trivial issue of dropping their sat nav market hasn't yet filtered through to their press people Evil or Very Mad Stop!

That's right, one of the key issues I had expected to have received prominence in the Newsletter would have been the issue of the future of this part of the business............it appears that Liverpool's Status as European City of Culture 2008 is far more important. Rolling Eyes
