Ok, that's good, we didn't want those registry keys anyway. Can you retry the commands I pasted above in a Command Prompt that is launched as Administrator. N.B. This is not the same as being logged on as admin.
Also have you pulled the battery on the BB? If not try it? _________________ Darren Griffin |

I did try the command prompt actions again, as before the error message came up when trying to uninstall.
Never had such a problem getting rid of a program before. |

Problem solved, no traces of the program left. Got there in the end, easy solution if you know where to find it.................but I didn't! I do now. |

I used Windows Installer Cleanup Utility which got rid of the BB programme, but after all that I still have the original problem on my phone -
Uncaught exception:java.lang,ClassicCastException
Its just all mumbo jumbo to me, it did copy contacts, then one morning it wasn't working!!
It pairs etc but then the error message comes up, I know the Orange site says it does not support my BB but it did and other BB users say the same thing so there must be a problem that can be overcome. |

Is this "http://www.blackberryforums.com/" on the BB itself? Might be worth posting in the 8800 forums over at http://www.blackberryforums.com/ . _________________ Darren Griffin |
