Find a shop with them in and go and 'play' with them. Which one is rght for you will always be a subjective thing. You need to be sure in your mind what features you need (eg TMC, Hands Free Text-to-Speech etc) and what mapping you need (UK/Europe/World). After this it's the 'feel' and look of the thing. When I changed from years of TomTom Navigator to an all-in-one I ent for the Garmin nuvi 660 becaus of the reputation of Garmon and the physica design of the unit compared with the then current range of TomToms. The nuvi really does fit in your shirt pocket. the old TomToms didn't - though this has changed now.

The operation of all three units you mention will be similar (there will be the odd discrepancy in menu choice/placing) and which is right for you can only be judged by yourself.

The only high street store I've seen so far selling the 7xx series is Argos, which stocks the nuvi 710. Bit difficult playing with a unit there!!!

I wasn't moaning about your double post, Phil, that just happens sometimes... It was that "shadow" had posted the same thing elsewhere and I'd just written almost exactly the same thing as you had already done here. Crying or Very sad
