Don't hold your breath Andy, i posted on this sort of thing a while ago.
i got the 1988mb maps some time ago and no matter how many times i load them the most it has ever shown on my Home info is 1900.5mb.
I would be interested to know if you manage to get the whole 1988mb to load. |

Guess what appeared in my Home updates list this morning?!?!?!?!?!
I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures in the papers, Pete! |
Oh boy!! Is there a POI for all the Woollies in "North Wales"? Let's have a PGPSW get together to watch Pete hanging it all out. Which one is it Pete? _________________ Dennis

Its 1988mb DOWNLOAD, but the actual map after installation is much less! I bought the 7.10 WCE and it downloaded at 2036mb, but installed at something like 1958mb.
It is normal to have this size gap. |

Has anyone else had this free map upgrade? It isn't showing for me and I'm wondering if this is nothing more than a conspiracy between ANdy and Dennis to pressure me to get my arse out in public. It hasn't seen public daylight since 1973 |

Minor hiccup... I hooked up to a PC in a different room to usual (I''ve got Home on them all!), but someone had left eight 2.5GB audio files on the C: drive, so another 2GB of map filled it up completely. It looked like it had finished, but the whole PC was grinding to a halt!
Gave up and started another download when I got home. It's half way through now... |

If Andy's download fails again, I vote we all demand his arse out in a Woollies window. Half way through? - he's still got two or three more hours to go. _________________ Dennis

Please help. I have today paid and started to download V710 Maos of Western & Central Europe, then whilst downloading the map my PC has just crashed, the Download ceased.
Have I lost it all? How do I start to Redownload it? I hope this is possible. |

Cupra, don't panic, you can download the file for upto a year as many times as you need. Only to the one device though.
And yes, the download will restart from the beginning.
I know, a real pain. |

And it's sooooooooooo slooooooooooooooow
At least I know why now. Cupra's downloading it at the same time and TomTom can't cope with TWO people accessing their website at once! |
