How do you get the delay in time format from the traffic? All I seem to get down the right hand side is distance to the reported traffic delay, I can't seem to find a setting to change it to how long the delay is. |

What device have you got?
Is it a TomTom running v7 software - if so it is a known bug that TT are working on a fix for in an upcoming software release

I have a TT Go 520T. I know there is a bug but people keep saying the delay keeps showing as only a minute, can't even seem to get that, all I get is the distance in miles. _________________ TomTom Go 950 Live.

When you have a route navigated do you not get the bar down the side with the delay in minutes. _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

No it shows it in miles to the delay. For example I did a trip the other day and it showed narrow lanes on the A1 23.6 I thought that was the delay but as I was driving towards it as the miles went down so did the distance to the delay until it reached 0 and I was there at the road works. _________________ TomTom Go 950 Live.

You should have a look around the other posts as i think i saw something about a download from TomTom about Traffic problems and it may help you if you install it onto your TomTom. Certainly Back up first and try it, might be worth a go. _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

Was there a delay? What you are describing is what should happen if there is an incident, roadworks etc but no delay. |

Once you tap the traffic bar, then the 'Show Traffic en-route' you should be taken to the lists of all the incidents on your route, which should include any delays in min.
Did your traffic sidebar show the congestion or lane restriction icon(s)?
Silly question perhaps, but are you using the RDS or GPRS method? _________________ Graeme Bennett
