I just paid for the yearly subscription but your system is saying I am not a member, but I got a confirmation from paypal you received payment..!!!
Please update my membership now as i have apid and must download the database now...!!!!!
Otherwise I will dispute the payment with paypal.....!!!! |

Hang in there and someone will sort it out.
Did you pay by eCheque? Please check your PayPal account BEFORE answering that question.

I can confirm the problem with the non-receipt of information from PayPal as this happens with a client of mine. It's very annoying although i think we know now WHY it happens, however stopping it is impossible. |

yes paypal have raised an e-cheque as they say my card details with them were expired, but this will only clear on 15 january!
Can you please stop the first payment ? I want to resumit a new payment to download the database now...

Crikey, with an attitude like that you don't endear yourself! It's a bit much to jump in complaining and demanding action when you don't know the full facts.
Looking at your account I can see that you have now made another payment that was not via eCheque and have now been able to download the database. Consequently I have cancelled the additional pending eCheque payment and you should have an email confirming this shortly. _________________ Darren Griffin |
