Speed camera alerts notification frequecny

Hi - had 1st new sat nav Garmin 200 for Christmas -javascript:emoticon(' Smile

I notice that I only get one "sound" alert per camera / area - is there a way to repeat the sound alert just in case I didn't hear it the first time ?

Try Ash10s Camera Manager

You can set an initial alert distance and then get repeated warnings if you are over the limit.

Are you using the database from here or the Garmin one?

If it the Garmin one then you can't do it.

If it's the one from here then the link i gave you has instructions.

Oh - its only the Garmin one so far. Thanks for you help.

how are you on the use of the plug in memory card function - what can I use it for etc. for the past few days the Garmin FAQ option on their web site doesnt work so I found this site - are their downloads any good ?

you can put photo's on it to view on the nuvi and pois if you wanted but that's about all on the 20 series. the bigger boys have mp3 player and audio books etc so it gets used for that
