i plug it into comp, it says do you want to connect, i click yes.
Then it says like dont touch, then goes onto a white and orange screen with a pic of tom tom one with a lead going into it and a greysih screen with tom tom one in the top right hand corner.
I click update on my comp and the screen just stays like it is, no change.
anyone know why? |

in the device manager its recognising it, but tom tom doesnt pick it up atall, i click on update and it says if it asks to connect click yes, i click yes and nothing happens.
its the tom tom one second edition. |

Reading between the lines of what you have written, you are using HOME2.
In the top right hand corner of the PC Window it will say either Log In, or you email address. Have you logged in?
If Yes, did HOME start up automatically? Or did you start it manually?
Can you select Device on the Menu Bar and then Change Device? _________________ Richard
