Hello all, merry crimble. I've just got a 'TomTom one T 3rd edition' and I'm having problems logging in to my account. I've created the account but every time i click on log in i get an error. Also i can't ' a operate my one' i'm told i need a file but it's currently unavailable. At first i was told there was a problem with the server but now i just get 'ERROR' I've tried to access tomtom sites independent of my tomtom-[it's not even plugged in] and google tells me 'oops! this link appears to be broken' Is there a problem with the tomtom server or something?
I've managed to access some stuff in the main menu and i see the speed camera alerts have to be paid for. My tomtom alerts me anyway, is this standard? If so what would i be paying for. And last but not least whats the traffic update situation? I've got the RDS antennae so what would i need to do to access them?
I apologise for my ignorance but it was a gift and i know nothing about it.
Thanks for taking the time to read this- any help would be much appreciated.

TT servers are up and down at the moment, so don't panic or change too many things trying to get it working.
You get an old copy of the TT camera database on the machine when you buy it. What you saw was the subscription for a year's worth of updates. However, the database from THIS site is better by far.

Best advice I can give is to have a browse through some of the posts in the TomTom-specific part of this forum, especially the FAQs HERE
