|
|
Hi,
Have just subscribed for the year but I am struggling to download the database.
I am logged in, I select, TomTom Home, then UK - Speed Zoned Complete, and click download database, it goes to the next page but nothing happens
This is the screen I get:
Any help would be appreciated. I have tried FireFox and Opera.

It would appear that the payment system is not immediate.
Depending on how you paid your full membership it can take hours or days.
From your screenshot it appears that the options are missing as your full membership has not been validated!
I just tried the download for you and it is working. |

Errm, ignore that, when I said it was working, that was at the GFs house. I cant download them from my home. I have tried 2 different computers, one is a Mac and the other, a PC.
I get the same results as the screen shot above.
Any ideas?
I have flushed the cache, cookies etc on both. Is it an IP address problem - maybe it doesn't like it. |

As you have flushed the cookies from your PC have you logged back in to the site since doing this?
I would also try turning off any firewall you have running just while you try to download the database, if it works with the firewall turned off the fault is with that software (most probably a setting within it) - what firewall are you running? - Mike |

This issue is 'ALWAYS' a firewall issue. As your using ISA on the server it may be that, I suppose your gateway is the server and not the internet router? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Thats right, I will have a play around with a few settings. Its strange as its the first time I have ever had this type of problem.
Cheers
