Hi could some one help please? I have recently purchased a NavTek 855 Sat Nav
Off ebay. First impressions is good! The only problem is that the standard speed cams POI that came with the unit does not show on the maps even though I have checked the poi settings and all are enabled. The maps do show the the other POI. I then gave up with
the standard poi and downloaded the ones from Pocketgps for Route66 but they do not
Show in the poi menu. The version I am running is route 66 Ver (7.0.2091)
Can some one please help me!! |

Welcome to the forum, Have you had a read through This Thread which details configuring the Speed Camera files on the Route 66 software, this does of course assume you are trying to install the Pocket GPS World Speed Camera Database - Mike |

Can you confirm the spelling of the folder path mobile device/ Storage Card/ POIS/ Britain and make sure your folders etc are exactly the same in terms of upercase etc.
Next can you tell me the contents of the POIS? Britain folder, i.e. what is the name of the files contained within this folder, just two or three files will suffice rather than listing them all - Mike |

I'm having problems finding out where you can get updating downloads for the Navtek 855. Navteq referred me to the manufacturers but who are the manufacturers? |

Welcome to the forum, is the unit you have actually running Route 66 software? also can you be more specific as to what you want to update:
Maps, Application software, POI files etc - Mike |
