Nuvi 660 FM Camera problem?

My first post here.
Not sure if this should be in garmin forum or somewhere under cameras as not sure where the fault (if it is one) is.

Anyway, Nuvi 660 fm camera warnings all work fine, updated with the 30 day free garmin updates.
However, on the A446 between the M42 and A38 near the Belfry there are two Cameras, one in each direction. It is in a 60mph zone, the camera icon appears but there is no other audible or visual warning.
Any ideas?
