I have checked the root of my TTGo710 Oldboy and i have 2 connect2internet files one is connect2internet.so and connect2internettdb.ver . Are these the right files.
To be honest i back up every time i make a change Andy ever since i lost my mobile connection and i cant remember what version 6 i was running.
Any other ideas how to get my hands-free working on version 7.162 or should i just admit defeat and hope that TT come out with a version 7.xx that works with hands-free _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

Is there any way for me to get those files, Remember i did'nt back-up and i am up to date according to TTHome2.1.
Do you think that these files is what is causing my hands-free problems Oldboy or could it be something else. _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

Sorry Oldboy i have had another look at the root of my TTGo710 and also have (connect2internet Data Base File). I never noticed it because the icon was different from the other 2 icons. So as i have the 3 files connect2internet can you recommend anything else.
Also got my reply from TT and they have sent me the same reply as last time on how to get a wireless data connection. How else do i get it into their heads that it is a hands-free connection. I will call them tomorrow and see if that helps. _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

Actually guys do you think i should post a new link about this and see if
anybody else has this problem as i cannot get it to work at all and
have been trying for three weeks now and it is getting on my nerves
a little bit. I am seriously thinking of buying the Go520 just because
my hands-free has dissapeared and dont think i am ever going to get
it back. But then i feel i am giving TT more money just because they
are not helping me fix this problem. _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

I have downloaded version 6.525 from Oldboys site but i dont know how to install it. Do you add the files to the root of the TT and remove the files with the same name or is ntheir a different way. Infact i will open up a new topic so everyone can see it and i might find out if anyone else has had this problem. thanks again guys for the links to get the older versions. _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)
