is it possible to change the menu on the 720 as i would prefer the traffic icon to be on the first page

I suspect the basic answer to your question is, Yes, it is possible, but you won't want to.
In theory, you could create a tomtom.mnu file to specify the order of the icons. Unfortunately, no menu entries are available for any of the newer features (such as Mapshare & HelpMe, for instance), so you will lose access to these if you follow this method.
Alternatively, if you have any old SDK applications (which theoretically aren't supported any longer), these can alter your menu structure. I use Suntime & Quickam on my old Go300. The presence of these has create a 4th menu page, and moved around some of the icons on the existing 3 pages, such that Traffic is now on Page 1. However, I believe that this is fairly random, and I wouldn't guarantee that it would work exactly the same for you. |

oh well it was just a thought as i could do it on my pda ...looks like i will have to use it on the cut down menu as that puts teh traffic icon on page 1 _________________ TomTom 5001 |
