|
|
Hi, I have a Nuvi 310 Deluxe and I have installed the speed camera database successfully and it alerts correctly.
However, the bitmap images supplied with the camera database are not showing on the Nuvi screen - I simply get a grey dot on the map on the screen where the camera is located. I do get the red proximity warning at the top of the screen.
Is this just the way it is or should the BMP images also show on the screen - it seems a little pointless to have the BMPs if they don't get displayed.
Any thoughts?

They should be displayed however they must ahve the same name as the file they correspond to.
ie.
Gatso.csv
and
Gatso.bmp
Try reloading them with POILoader. |

I am using POI loader 2.41 and I am using the BMPs that you supply with the camera database - which have exactly the same names as the .csv files.
I use the express settings in POIloader.
Other POIs that I have downloaded from your site and load at the same time as the camera database do seem to show the BMP which is even more puzzling!
Regards

Yes - several times. I've also changed the settings for the level of detail shown on the map in case that had any effect but nothing seems to make them appear.
