Mike can you check and report back what software version is loaded to the device? - tap the sat strength meter and the version will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen - Mike |

A couple of ideas:
1/ make sure the connector is fully home for the RDS-TMC - it is very stiff and can take some force to seat correctly.
2/ Reset the 910 by using a paperclip/ pin in the reset hole adjacent to the connector strip under the 910. - Mike |

If you know someone with an x10 or x20 device try plugging your RDS device into that and see if it works, assuming it does return the 910 as faulty - I would also return the mount as well but state that when you contact TomTom as that could also be the failure point - Mike |

Thanks mike,
I sent all the parts back supposedly for testing together but obviously I still have issues, I'll call them tomorrow and keep you posted.
Thanks for your support.
Thanks
Mike
