Would this be what you are looking for  here
This site seems to have three different options for download, one for Palm, one for Windows and one for Win mobile.

At long last thanks to Gee-Pee & M8TJT we have got a site with the programme on.
Don't have time at the moment to do anything with it ( due to been at work) but will report back as soon as
