No other way.
Home SHOULD have offered the update.
I've seen there is someone else on the forums having the same problem too.
Maybe a call to TT on Monday, see if there's a problem at their end?
You could quote their own instructions on THIS PAGE to them, and say it doesn't work.
(edited to correct a typo only)

I'm in discussions with someone on another forum who thinks that v7.210 has been pulled from TomTom's servers.
I'm trying to find where his information came from.... |

kenwilk240, this is all I know so far...
questioner to TomTom wrote: | I have read that the version I originally downloaded, navcore version 7.210 (build 8555) was pulled from you server very soon after release as this version has caused issues with units. |
I wrote: | Your dialogue with TomTom is the first mention I've seen that the actual firmware v7.210 has been withdrawn. That would explain some of the other people on the forum who are wondering why 'Home' is not offering it to them as an update. Could you please tell us where you got that information? |
they wrote: | The information was given to me by the tech support man on my first point of contact on the telephone.
He told me that the version I had downloaded was only available for a few hours until it was withdrawn and in that time I had done the upgrade. As soon as I read off my version number he knew. |

Don't know if this adds anything to the discussion or not but my download of application 7.210 was on November 6th at 3:52 pm, Eastern time in Canada. |
