Why don't go into each folder via your PC explorer and delete the relevant files? _________________ Want to get lost, forget your Tomtom next time you go out?

Thanx 4 your help all, but when you master reset, all of the POI's, voices etc remain on board, hence the question. PS: Where is Lud?
I thought "Reset to Factory Settings" (as opposed to pressing the reset button) should remove everything YOU'VE added, but looking at the manual for my Go it actually says
Quote:
All your settings, including Favourites, your Home location, warnings for
POIs and any Itineraries you have created, as well as recent destinations
and recent calls and callers, will be deleted.
so maybe it doesn't remove the content, only the setup files which use the content.
In that case you would have to remove them from the individual folders as Pufin says.
.ov2 and .bmp files from the Map folder for POIs
dataxx.chk and .vif files from the voices folder (leaving low numbered ones like 04 and 05 whch are the standard UK voices)
