Speed Camera file extention

Hi all,
I have downloaded the safety camera database but I can't find the answer to this.

I understand that,

the letter "p" prefixing a file name means that is awaiting verification, ie "pocketgps_uk_pmobile_20.ov2" but what does the tba "pocketgps_uk_specs_tba.ov2" extension mean?

It means the speed limit isn't known. I assume it stands for "to be advised".

Further more, If you are paying £19 a year to download the database, you can upgrade to free membership, if you send in the speed of a "tba" camera site, and you are the first to send the info in.
