Have TomTom ONE 1st Edition keeps turn itself off after 2-3 minutes then restarting, it is fully charged, there is enough space on memory card, to try and resolve i have reset to factory settings and reset unit - any ideas!!!

There is an ongoing thread about TT One's crashing and removing the TT speed camera files cures it. Have a read of the topic and see if itapplies to you.

TT support have advised me to delete all files from the SD card that are not in folders and update the device via TT Home. That appeared to have worked, now i have v7.131, but no GPS signal Crying or Very sad

Should i give up and buy new device, if so, which one, stick with TT or try Garmin - only need UK maps and budget of £180!

Take the device outside and wait for around 20 to 30 mins, it should have acquired a signal within that time - Mike
