I had the same , so sent of to tomtom about it.
Up to now I have had two replys, one telling me to turn off bluetooth, and download the latest version of home, which didn't work, and had another reply 2 hours ago, with a link to there home page and told to download Home if I wanted to download map updates. ( Both replys from the same person )
If he/she had read the reply sent the day before, they have seen I had the latest home installed.
Me thinks they don't have a clue whats going on or how to fix it yet.

I really don't think its anything to do with home 2, It seem to be a fault with the download, there's somthing in it that home can't cope with. If it was home then it would have shown up as soon as the last update was let out.
What TT needs to do is ask for a few beta/software testers, that can report back to them directly when things go wrong. That way we would get the faults reported. I really can't be bothered with reporting back to TT as its a real pain in the @rse, although I would if it was more straight forward, say a link on the main page for bug reports _________________ Regards Mike |

Hi all, and thanks to everyone who replied to my question. I have reieved an email back from TT Support. They never said when and if its likely to be fixed
Thank you for contacting TomTom Customer Support.
In response to your query, the map corrections. updates using map share on the new Go720 and 520 models is temporarily unavailable.
Our IT department and 2nd Level Technical team are fully aware of the situation and are already working to have the matter resolved shortly.
In the mean time, we suggest not trying to update the maps via map share as this feature is temporarily unavailable.
With Best Regards
The TomTom Customer Support Team |

Glad you've got an admission....
I just got the stock "disable bluetooth and download the latest version of Home" reply.
Now why the Hell can't they put that up on their website, so people can stop wasting their time trying to get it to work, and TomTom's time replying to all the queries when it doesn't? |
