I have a BMW-supplied TeleAtlas map of Australia (latest edition). It has a number of errors that I'd like to report, however the TeleAtlas online error reporting page (http://mapfeedback.teleatlas.com/index.htm) does not allow errors for Australia to be reported. I contacted TeleAtlas Support, who informed me that they do not cover Australia!
The CD has "TeleAtlas" printed on it, so I've definitely got the correct map provider. Anyone have any bright ideas as to why I'm being fobbed off here? |

Didn't TA buy in the map data for Oz from someone? I've emailed TeleAtlas UK for heir response.

TeleAtlas use Sensis as their mapping partner, I'm now awaiting contact details for map error report.

Might have something to do with the reason why the Oz map is 3x dearer than the UK one...
Have managed to track down the Sensis feedback page, cheers Darren. |
