What on earth are they playing at!! or is it just my ignorance.
Went to complain about replacement 720 being useless on hands free and there is a compulsionary drop down box for 'operating system phone' with 3 options:- Microsoft Smartphone, Symbian OS & PalmOS.
My phone is a Motorola RAZR V3

I think you may be looking in the wrong place.
TomTom Mobile uses those 3 systems. This isn't what you have.
I think you need to choose the 720 Route on the TT Web Site. Try HERE, and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Contact us Link. _________________ Richard

Just ignore it (or if it won't let you go any further, just select any one of them), then in the text tell them it is not relevant.
Just like the stupid way of having to go through a whole bunch of irrelevant FAQs before you can get to a "contact us" link. Whenever I want to tell them something,I just go via the first question on the list, which is nothing to do with my issue.
What annoys me is they insist on asking what my "question" is, when 99% of the time I'm TELLING them something they don't seem to know! |

Thanks Richard, I wondered whether to do that or not.
I usually find that when I give 6 diagnostic facts to these sort of people they reply by asking me the 6 questions I gave them answers for.
The mind boggles!

Recently I have neede to use their contact system, yes it is apain in the A***.
But what is worse, is TomToms 'they know best' attitude. My Go a 910 has had a clock problem since it originally went back with a charging
problem. When I send a problem report they tell me there is nothing wrong with it because it has been back to them 3 yes three times!
I just had to spread the 'poison', sorry
