|
|
I am sure it is something I am doing wrong, and probably very simple.
I have loaded the camera database and everyhting is fine except it displays the wrong speed - for example:
a 30 mph shows as 21mph, and 70 mph limit shows as 41mph (or there abouts from memory!)
It is as though it is assuming the sped limit is in KMH and then converting it to MPH.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Re-install the camera database using POILoader, only this time select MPH rather than KPH as the value, the drop box is set to default to KPH so this is your problem - Mike |

Mike, is it worth putting a note about this next to the download box for Garmin users, as it comes up so frequently? |

It is within the Garmin FAQ section so that should be enough, the downloads page contains enough information without further cluttering it with device specific information, unless of course it were possible to include a "tip" once the Garmin selection were made - MaFt would need to consider if this were possible, and even so I doubt it would help to be honest - Mike |
