can someone help out here please
i have a tomtom 510 and nokia n80.
it comects via bluetooth no problem but how do i get it to do hands free ?
if i ty make a call it makes the call but i guess i have to have a hands free
headset connected to the phone ?
can i not use the extra mic and the speaker on the totom ?
if so can somone please tell how ?

No reason why it shouldn't use the internal speaker and the TT mic.
Have you looked at the chapter in the manual?
Chapter 14 - Hands-free calling?
If I remember correctly, there is also a "hidden" call receive volume control, accessed by tapping the bottom left of the screen, just like you get to the normal volume control, but you do it while actually making a call. |

have looked in manual but no help at all.
the phone is showing the little headset icon and i can make the call but not hear anything ? also if i try to get numbers from phone it says this feature is not supported but there was numbers ther originally and my phone is supported .
any one have a nokia phone that can tell me if there maybe any settings i need to change

my mistake there but how can i get it to make calls over the speaker .
every time i input a number it does call the number but i hear nothing over the internal speaker of tom tom and volume is up ? |

That's where I'm stumped...
For the phones I've tried (neither Nokia) it just worked. |

ok sorted now , after a lengthy conversation with tomtom and 3 different people the solution was to restore factory settings and take out phone battery for 2 mins and try again . all is working fine now . thanks for trying any how mate |

Oh.....and there was me about to come up with the wee gem that caught me out, plugging the external mic into the external speaker socket by mistake.....It's true that you hear nothing when you do that !!  _________________ Tommo...
