"Best", is a very subjective word as far as sat navs go. Many will favour the TT as a product from the market leader. The nuvi uses what are generally regarded as more accurate maps.

Read the reviews of the products, go and see them 'in the flesh' and take it from there. Both will get you from A to B (not neccessarily the same route ).

TMC is problematic in the UK due to low levels of signal transmissions more than issues with manufacturers systems - an external aerial of some sort is recommended for best chance of meaningful use.
