Nope, can't find any version other than 1.5.106.0 which is the version I am using, or to be correct, not using. Versions other than TomTom Home 2 seem to have disapeared from my computer and the TomTom website. _________________ Bazzza

1.6.020 seem to be what is on the CD that came with my 720, and also on the the flash memory itself. But it's not a single file like the others are, the .exe is only 340k. It must use some or all of the contents of a folder called "TomTom HOME Install.app"
Know anyone with a 520/720? |

Would appear from Bazzza's Sig that he already has the 520 so should have it all on his CD. _________________ Graham.

Thanks to Tim who sent me a file with the old version on it. I got rid of Home 2 and installed the new file. (Andy) I never thought about the file being on the CD . I now have a Home that works. The only thing it doesn't do is allow me to have a 300 and a 520. It just tells me "that log-in is not associated with that device" but it won't allow me to create a separate log-in for each device. I guess I will just have to wait until TT gets it act together. It just reminds me why I haven't got Vista on my PC yet. I should have waited until they get the new TomTom sorted out too instead of volunteering to be a guinea pig. _________________ Bazzza

That's deliberate (if still stupid), and to do with the fact that product registration is now done in Home (no "product code" card any more).
On 1.6 you could switch between your two machines with "Change device", does that not work still on v2? But to associate a machine with your "plus" account they want to use two different email addresses. |

I'm now getting this error message. It was fine before. Does anyone know what the problem is? |
