There should be an option in the TMC settings re-scan
Would this be the option to clear the TMC table? I've noticed that it doesn't have all the stations that should be broadcasting the TMC info in London (XFM - 104.9 -Channel 174, Capital -95.8 - Chanel 83 and Choice FM -107.1 - Chanel 196). In fact none of these are in the table.
I can see when the unit is "scanning" for stations it can pick up a good signal from each of these (up to 55, but usually around 33-38), but it never seems to lock on.
So far the Ocford transmitter (Channel 151) is just about the only one I've received messages from. Could it be that some of the GTM12's don;t recognise all frequencies, or do you think it's a Nuvi software issue. For those of you that have working Traffic can you let us know which software versions you have for the Nuvi, and for GTM?
Zumo 550 with GTM21, the antenna laying horizontally along the bottom of the windscreen. Most of my driving is in and around the M25, and so far (a few weeks) traffic reception is excellent.

Ok, so I was hoping to a few more responses before I gave it a try, but after sitting in traffic for 20 Minutes last night I thought "f**k it. If it breaks it I'll cop the cost." and reset the FM table. At first it did not seem to do anything (so Idid it half a dozen times). Then the list did clear, but only nto be repopulated almost straight away.
Within minutes I'd received my first ever traffic report whilst inside the M25 (Yay Channel 83!). I'm hoping that I won;t have to do this every time I relocate to a new aea as the list is still quite short, but it's got me going for now.
