Hi
I have paid my subscription was directed to the download page chose the appropriate file from the roll down menu and pressed download button
the loading page bar went across the bottom of the browse for approx 4 seconds then absalutly nothing else ???? whats wrong |

Which page was the last one displayed?
Which Browser are you using?
Which Download where you attempting?
The download is very quick, is it already on your PC?
As much information as possible will make for a easier, and quicker, answer.

Problem solved my firewall was for some reason blocking it
I have now successfully downloaded it |
