Hello. Can anybody advise how common an issue this is? The charger socket seem to have loosened cause intermitent (and careful alignment of charger) to gain a charge.
Mine has been returned to Medion under the Aldi 3 year wrranty to be advised that I have damaged it! Lots of indicators on the internet to suggest this is a more widespread issue - certainly a friend of mines was repaired under warranty with the same fault!!!!
Cheers. |

It is a common problem, i would suggest that they are trying to pull a fast one due to the fact that the 168 has been out of production for quite some time, I would insist on a warranty repair due to the fact that the only function you can perform is inserting and deleting the connection, so if damaged then it is not up to the job and then why have they changed it on the subsequent p350, also threaten small claims court. |

Thanks you guys.
Prior to getting a letter back from Medion, I had emailed them to ask for an update - they have since sent me an email to say it has been repaired and has been sent back out to me. I'll wait and see..... |
