In the 2 weeks i've used mt new 720 is worked fine , taking me to france and back, but there seem to be 2 problems i've encounterd
1. Battery life
2. This is the important one, in bright sundlight you can hardly see the screen, is this a general tomtom problem( yes the brightness is turn up to max). We we where driving back yesterday once or twice the screen nearly disappered and as is the law of sod just wjhen you where coming to a junctions.
Any thoughts?
PS has anyone got the bluetooth working with a xda orbit? |

I can get the XDA Orbit to see my 720, but the 720 can't see the Orbit. _________________ Graham.

What ROM have you chaps got loaded to your Orbits, is it WM2005 or the newer WM6?
Either way there is a fix for the BT data connection issues the WM6 fix can be found Here if you want the WM2005 fix try a search on XDA Dev as it will turn up - I don't have the time right this min - Mike |

Thanks Mike forgot all about that fix had already downloaded it. Mine came with WM V6 on it.
Just installed the fix, soft reset the Obit, all paired up and working. _________________ Graham.

If you have an O2 one there is a updated version on the O2 site to upgrade the earlier Orbits that were shipped with WM5. _________________ Graham.
