|
|
Having recently purchased both a Garmin Zumo 550 and a Nokia N95, I have been struggling to get the Zumo to recognise my phone contacts via bluetooth.
Both items synch fine every time and I can make and receive calls however the Garmin fails to find my contacts.
I have tested the Garmin with other non-smart phones and it appears to find the contact list fine.
Does anyone have any solutions?
Thanks |

Welcome to the forum...
The N95 isn't listed according to CLICK HERE however it's more likely the list is out of date.
Had a search and found nothing so far... but someone should know. |

I managed to find a solution so thought I'd share for anyone who is interested.
You need to install and run the following program on the phone :-
http://nds1.nokia.com/phones/files/software/Nokia_810_Contacts_Sync.sisx
This will copy your contacts to the Garmin when you connect via bluetooth.
Thanks for your efforts! |

Thanks. It's really helpful when people find the answer and bother to come back and let us all know.
Might be of use to me in the near future.... |
