|
|
My TT 1 gig SD card shows almost full. I will need many more POI's so I bought a 2 gig Sandisk SD Ultra 11. I have tried to copy the TT card to the new card but on reboot TT says this software not registered. So I wiped the new card and tried TT Home back up and restore to the new card, it won't write back. Any ideas please. |

Did you..
Copy 1Gig card to PC with Win Explorer set to show ALL files and extensions?
Copy from PC to new card. I've done this with three cards for my 710, no trouble. I'm not sure if that card you've bought is OK - some are not. Try a search for information on the subject.
To go off topic a little - be aware that your limit of custom POIs is 100 - don't let the "many more" you need go over that. _________________ Dennis

Also, make sure that the little tag isn't in the 'locked' position - this will stop you writing to the SD card too _________________ Andy

I suggested the chap used the advice in FAQ #14 which has sorted the problem out - see Here - I will lock this duplicate thread as they only lead to confusion, as a tip please refrain from posting multiple identical questions in the forum - Mike |
