Perky77, You're lucky, you get to play with your all weekend, while poor DennisN has to hide his away as his daughter is coming round. :D _________________ TT720 V8.010, regular audio book user.

Fantastic, I can buy a 720 now
Shame the tomtom phone compatibility support page does not bother to show the Nokia 6233 as supported, think of all the time wasted answering queries at Tom Tom when a simple few ticks on a webpage would have helped thousands of Nokia 6233 owners and made more sales.

I get the feeling that Dixons are a little p___ed with all the calls about delivery for the 720. Well payment has been taken and they said that it should be here at the latest Tuesday well will see. |

Do you need a GPS to find your way, I can recommend one if you like _________________ TT720 V8.010, regular audio book user.

Go to page 6 of 8 of the preferences, and choose "speaker preferences".

Cheers
Paul | Well, being somewhat more than middle aged, I'm a Classic FM person myself (that's classier than radio four).
What I really want to do is get my handsfree phone coming through the van's speakers, maybe together with instructions and for the Classic FM to shut up whenever either of them does so. Better still would be to do it with Radio Five Live on MW, because their traffic information at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour is just as reliable as TT Traffic (if not more so). Pie in the sky!! Tom Tom will have to produce a MW transmitter.
Daughter's gone off to Cornwall. Let's get at that 720!!! _________________ Dennis

I sure hope mine arrives on Monday - 6am Wednesday morning is the start of my 3,000 mile trip into/around France. |
This doesn't seem right, their website is showing 0 in stock.
I just got off the phone to their customer services and they are saying they are getting delivery on Monday and I should receive my 720 on Tuesday.
I doubt this as I went for 3-5 business days delivery rather than next day.
I will post an update on Tuesday. |

Got my 720 from Handtec this morning.
Seems a very nice unit.
Plays directions and music via FM radio with good quality in my opinion.
Can I change the order of the items in the menu screens? as I would like traffic to appear on page 1 of the menu instead of page 3.
How do I know when the unit is fully charged? |

Only if you use a third party menu builder plug-in, I have no tested compatibility of any of these with Navcore 7.

Tap the GPS Signal strength bars and the page that is brought up will show battery status. _________________ Darren Griffin |
